^* If a meeting over-runs, then after the first hour we charge in increments of 30 minutes part there-of. For example a meeting that rund for more than 1 hour, but less than 1.5 hours will incur a charge of 1.5 hours ($165). 

If a meeting runs under the scheduled time then the fee for the full alloted time will apply.
