Impact Services are an employment agency based in Albany with service centres in Joondalup, Midland and Mirrabooka. They provide employment services to both job seekers as well as employers looking for workers. They pride themselves on their cultural inclusivity, providing employment opportunities for all people.
Unbranded Space was asked to redesign the original website at a time when the company experienced major change as a consequence of becoming a Workforce Australia provider in the Northern Metro Perth Area. This brief meant that not only Impact Services’ branding but also WorkForce Australia was clearly visible and done so in accordance with brand guidelines.
We worked with Impact Services to refine the content for the site and also took it upon ourselves to implement a strategy that would make adding new content to the site something that could be done easily. By creating custom content types for locations, it is very simple for Impact Services to add new Service Centres to the site as they come online. Likewise, if they introduce a new Contracting Service then again this is easily added due to us creating a custom content type. Each of these content types, along with many other aspects of the site, can be added or edited once with changes taking effect at multiple locations throughout the website.
Future updates are, therefore easily achieved, providing Impact Services with a website that can grow as the company continues to grow over time.
