Introduction

This privacy policy describes the information we collect about our website users as well as the information we store about our clients. It only relates to our website located at https://unbrandedspace.com.au and client dashboard located at https://my.unbrandedspace.com.au 

 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

As a client of Unbranded Space we maintain a record of your name and business contact details so that we can invoice for our services. Although you have the ability to store a credit card for convenience, we do not store this information in our database, but rather use a third party gateway called Stripe. In addition, we log your interaction with our client dashboard so that we can provide the service as set out in our Service Level Agreements. By agreeing to use our service you agree to use capturing and storing the information that we collect.   

We also collect analytical data on how users interact with our website using Google Analytics. This is anonymous data although your IP address is stored. We capture this information to better understand how our users behave on our website. We do not actively use your data for the purposes of retargeted advertising or marketing services. 

Contact forms

When you provide information to us in a form on our website that information is captured via a HTML form and also sent to Hubspot (hubspot.com). Your contact information is stored in Hubspot’s database so that we can provide a better service to you.  You can view what they do with the data at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy

How long we retain your data

While you are an active client with Unbranded Space we will retain your data indefinitely. If you cease to be a client of Unbranded Space then we review our database every 12 months and remove client data that is no longer relevant to an active service. You can request that this data be removed earlier, and we will comply provided there is no hindrance to us in doing so. Third-party data holders such as Google and Hubspot have their own data retention settings and can be reviewed in their privacy information. 

 

Your contact information

We do not disclose your contact information to any other third-party other than described above.

How we protect your data

Your data is encrypted using SSL technology and all information is only accessible through secure login areas. We do not store your credit card information.

This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.

COVID-19 Notice: As of the 18th May, 2020 Western Australia is entering Phase 2 of the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions. Unbranded Space’s policy during phase 2 is that we still encourage all meetings to occur over online video conference. However, where you feel online conferencing will be limiting in some way, then we are still able to attend your business premises provided it is not one that is prevented from being open due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Fees:  Our online consultation fee is $99 (GST Inc) per hour or part thereof. We add a $22 call out fee to the first hour if requesting an on-site meeting.
