You can not request a refund based on whether or not you like the service. We would encourage you to talk to us if you are not happy with a design or some other aspect of the work. One of the benefits of our Agency Growth Plans is that you are not locked into a contract that restricts how many designs or alterations you can have. We can make as many changes as you like within your plans’ hourly allocation.
